FAQs
Have questions about STC Wholesale? We’ve got answers! Still need help? Let’s connect!
How do I charge my stockists?
After you receive an order request, click into the order to view the details. Review the order, add taxes, shipping, discounts, etc and send an invoice to your stockists. You can set payment terms (due in 30, 60 days, etc) at this step as well.
Your inventory will automatically be adjusted and you can keep track of your wholesale orders in the Shopify Orders page.
How can I include special discounts for certain stockists?
You can include any discounts or credits for your stockists when you are preparing their invoice.
Where can I get a link to my wholesale page to share with stockists?
Go to the Dashboard tab and scroll down to Share Your Wholesale Page. Here you’ll find a link to your wholesale page. If you’re pricing in both CAD and USD, you’ll see two separate links for sharing.
How do I edit my order request confirmation message to stockists?
You can edit your message to stockists from your Account page. Remember to save your edits by clicking “Update”.
How do I add products that are currently not available on my website but I want to make available for wholesalers?
Create a new collection in products, add the items you would like to include (for example, Spring 2026), save as “draft” and then navigate to STC Wholesale and publish there for your stockists.
If I add new items to my Shopify store, will it automatically sync with STC Wholesale?
Newly added products to your Shopify store will not automatically sync to your STC Wholesale page. You can add new items by navigating to the Products page and clicking the check mark. Be sure to specify the wholesale price for every item, as well as minimum and maximum order quantities if applicable.
