Shop This City (STC) is a female-founded tech company that lets users find their favourite brands, styles and products in local stores near them.
Our founders’ love for fashion but constant frustration for not being able to find products close to home presented an obvious need for better communication and connection between local retailers and shoppers.
In 2022 we soft-launched our beta platform in Vancouver, Canada, with 25 local store partners and more than 7,000 unique products. Within a few weeks of public release, STC had dozens of incoming partner requests from local businesses and thousands of new user searches.
In May 2024 we launched STC 2.0 — a brand new website with over 25,000 discoverable items, from hundreds of local retail partners, across 3 Canadian cities.
