  • STC is free to join and we do not take any commissions or cuts of sales. 

  • STC redirects our users to shop with you directly, online or in-store, and is not part of the transaction in any way. Our users can shop with you in-person at your brick-and-mortar boutique or shop with you online by making a purchase from your website. Every item on STC lists the store it’s sold at, it’s physical location, and has a link to the store’s website to buy online. 

  • STC does not access any of your customer data, payment information, or any of your accounting or sales information. We only get updated on data associated with your inventory that is synced with the STC sales channel app. 

  • You can see sales from the Shop This City sales channel app in your shopify dashboard.

  • STC cannot edit or alter anything on your website.

  • There is no ongoing maintenance required from you to keep your products updated on Shop This City. Just make sure the STC sales channel box is checked when you upload new products.

  • Make sure the STC sales channel box is checked when uploading new products.

  • It can take a few minutes for your items to reach the STC website. Sometimes, when there are thousands of new items being processed all at once, it can take a little longer.

  • Please email us at info@shopthis.city if you make any changes to your store information like address, telephone number, email or store name.
